Brand and creativity accelerator

My extensive national and international experience (31 years) in design, branding, strategic advertising, product/service development and innovation enables me to focus on creating or strengthening a brand identity and brand experience. 

Hard working and mostly self-taught. Great passion for brands, design and human behaviour. What motivates people. Stirs them into action. Generating movement/desired behaviour. As a strategist I work with human emotions and triggers. As a creative I translate these emotions and triggers into appealing and motivating campaigns and communication. Ideas that are 360 and future proof. Incorporating the long and short term goals. Concepts that can be translated throughout the whole of the companies communication disciplines. Concepts that allow segmentation to appeal on a individual level. Recognising individual desires, building a relationship and maintaining them. Not selling but seducing.

Strong believer in the power of entertainment. A brand that entertains the needs and desires is a brand that reaches deeper. Triggering positive emotions.

Moved from the consulting to the client side in 2013 to be the creative director at the third largest private fund raising company in the World. Revamped and built the creative department from 12 to 26 multi disciplined on- and offline motivated creatives. Created a full service concept and design department. Working with all departments and our sister companies as well as the daughter companies in other countries, thus generating a consistent brand image as well as creating successful campaigns. Building cross channel customer journeys for the ultimate brand experience. Initiating workshops, brainstorming and co-creation sessions. Direct lines for different disciplines working together has proven to be most effective. Creatively and business wise.

Joined the mother company of the lotteries in 2017 as the creative director. To lead and assist creatively across all their brands. For example creating a new innovative online book store which we pre-launched in 2018. In 2019 the innovative tools will roll out over the year.

After receiving several request I made the decision to go freelance. Helping more companies to move forward with future proof branding, innovation and sustainable concepts.
